Sts. Marcellinus and Peter

Sts. Marcellinus and Peter were martyrs who lived during the fourth century in Rome. Marcellinus was a priest, and Peter was known as an exorcist. Although little is known about their lives, they are remembered for their zeal and piety. The mention of Sts. Marcellinus and Peter is optional in the Roman Canon (Eucharistic Prayer I of the Mass).
