Patron Saint of Married Women, Difficult Marriages, and Disappointing Children

Saint Monica is the mother of Saint Augustine. She is the patron saint of difficult marriages, disappointing children, victims of adultery or unfaithfulness, victims of verbal abuse, and the conversion of relatives. Saint Monica was always faithful to the Lord and faithfully prayed for the conversion of her son for 32 years. She is famous for saying: “A child of so many tears will not be lost.”
